Iphone 13 Pro Max White Screen

Hi, i have been using the phone for 13 month now. Today after updated to ios 16.2 my screen started to flickering. After a day it turns white screen no display at all. I have tried force restart, update using itunes and even restore my iphone but none of it works. I never dropped my phone or damage it. Can someone help me? Is this a software problem? Hi Mike,

I already try all of that but my phone still having the issue. I search up on the internet. Apparently many of iphone 13 Pro/Max users encountered the same problem after updating it to ios 16.2. Hopefully it is a manufacturing and not coming from me as the phone has no physical damage and never dropped down. I have discussed the problem with apple and make an appointment at nearest service centre. I suggest everyone whom have the same problem as me do so

Howdy aidil6995,

It sounds like your iPhone screen isn’t working correctly. We know how important having a working iPhone is for you, and we will help get you to the right place to find a resolution.

If the screen isn't working on your iPhone or iPad
You might need to set up service for your device.

If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch
1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.
3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.
4. Remove any cases or screen protectors.

Hi aidil6995,

We're glad to hear you have an appointment to have your iPhone properly evaluated by a technician. We also recommend updating to the latest version of iOS that was just recently released if possible. If it's not a hardware issue, updating can sometimes resolve issues like this. Here are the steps to update using a computer if needed: If you need more space for an update on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

"

Use your computer to update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. On a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, open the Finder. On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes.
  2. Plug your device into your computer.
  3. Locate your device on your computer. You might need to trust your device to continue.
  4. Click Check for Update.
  5. Click Download and Update.

If an alert appears during an update, learn how to resolve an error or alert.

Take care.
