Am I able to transfer apps from my iPad to my new iPhone 14 and still keep my apps on my phone without disturbing my phone information

Assuming that you are using the same Apple ID and Password for both the iPad and iPhone, you will have to manually log onto the App Store and download each app that you want to install on the iPhone.
