Is it illegal to use Z Library on an iPhone? If so, how can I use this legally in US?

Z library itself illegally hosts copyrighted material. You cannot use it legally.

You cannot use Z Library, the website was seized by the U.S. Government for copyright infringement.
I've read a lot of articles on this subject, but I think I found the most useful answer on a website is "what is not legal", so can you approve this content, whether it's true or not?
