If you want the Chrome Browser back on your iPhone, you either have to download it from the App Store. Open the App Store and search for Chrome. If Chrome is listed as "Open" in the App Store, this means that the app is already installed on the phone. If Chrome cannot be found on your home screen, look in the App Library.
You find the App Library like this; on your home screen, swipe from the left until you get to App Library. Find Chrome in one of the folders and hold the icon and drag it back to your home screen.
If you want to restore data in Chrome, you must sign in with your Google Account. All data in Chrome is stored by Google. If you have used Google Chrome without a Google Account and have deleted the app, the data cannot be restored.
