Unable download app

I change my phone from XR to 14 pro max, try to retrieve all the app since 21/1 @ 2pm until now. But I can down load the app

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

Thanks for posting the screen shot. The apps actually get downloaded from the App Store instead of your old iPhone. It appears that the apps are being downloaded however at a very slow speed over the Wi-Fi Network. Can you try and connect to a different Wi-Fi Network or connect to a cellular network and see whether that resolves the issue?

Hi Axel Foley, I try to use different Wi-Fi network or even cellular network. But it was not actually downloaded. The display on the screen is from yesterday morning to now

Shut down the iPhone and then restart it. That should restart the app downloads and complete the installation of those apps.

Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Shut Down.
