Unable download app

Thanks for posting the screen shot. The apps actually get downloaded from the App Store instead of your old iPhone. It appears that the apps are being downloaded however at a very slow speed over the Wi-Fi Network. Can you try and connect to a different Wi-Fi Network or connect to a cellular network and see whether that resolves the issue?

Shut down the iPhone and then restart it. That should restart the app downloads and complete the installation of those apps.

Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Shut Down.
