Unable download app

I change my phone from XR to 14 pro max, try to retrieve all the app since 21/1 @ 2pm until now. But I can down load the app

Thanks for posting the screen shot. The apps actually get downloaded from the App Store instead of your old iPhone. It appears that the apps are being downloaded however at a very slow speed over the Wi-Fi Network. Can you try and connect to a different Wi-Fi Network or connect to a cellular network and see whether that resolves the issue?
