What do I do about my files in Finder (Mac) that have a little cloud with a down arrow?

I've seen one thread that 'explains' why it's there... means it is in the cloud and needs to be downloaded... but I can't find any steps to do so.

So, can someone please give me the steps to do so?

You simply double click the file as you would normally do to open it and it will download, then open.
