If you made a formal iCloud backup, see Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
If you were using iCloud feature settings to back up things like photos, Contacts, etc. turn these on as indicated in this document --> Change your iCloud settings - Apple Support
