iPhone X randomly uninstalling frequently used apps

So my iPhone X has been randomly uninstalling apps it seems like. Some I rarely use like it’s supposed to then other ones that I use literally everyday such as Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, outlook, etc. Any ideas on what’s going on and how to stop it? (by uninstalling I mean the offload thing where the app icon is on the screen but has the cloud symbol next to it where I have to reinstall it)
