I’m planning to buy an AirPods Pro 2

I’m planning to buy an AirPods Pro 2 but I have an iPhone 7 Plus but will it work with iOS 15.7.2? (I can’t update to iOS 16)

It will work only to listen music but even with 15.7.3, find my (iCloud) function is not working since you can not add as a device which is essential. Also you can not add with macbook air m2 ventura 13.2. Hope they will do something about it.
