BigSur Keyboard Shortcuts

Dear members,

I have installed Big Sur on my mid2014 MacBook Pro and I cannot see anymore the + button to add new shortcuts as I want to. Does anyone else has this problem and how did you solve it.

In order to create new shortcuts you have to have "App Shortcuts" selected.
