iPad Air 2, iPadOS 13

To update to a higher iPadOS is free, you can update your iPad Air 2 to iPadOS 15.7 see -> 

iPad models compatible with iPadOS 15.5 – Apple Support (UK)


Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install.

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
