How do I find out the general state of my series 3 watch from when new?

No, it would need to be paired with an iPhone. How old is the watch? If it is a few years old, the battery is guaranteed to be nowhere close to new in its ability to hold a charge.
Thanks. It’s a tiny bit more complicated than that as my old watch is unlinked from phone and back to factory settings. Do u know if I have to restart it and link to a phone to get this information or is there another way to find out? Basically I would like to sell it but don’t want to mislead anyone about the battery health…
