Number key pad

I’m trying to input numbers into a numbers-only text field on my iPhone, but whenever I bring up the keypad it’s only numbers (not the full keyboard) but it’s too big for my screen so I’m missing the 9,6, and 1 (so all the right side numbers). It’s like the keypad has been set up for a sideways typing board, but the app I need to type in is an upright-only view (it’s the App Store FYI), and I’m unable to slide the keypad over to reach the missing numbers.

I’ve tried changing the keyboard to right/left side typing, but it made no difference; and my icon zoom is not on (I prefer small icons).

What do I need to do to be able to use the keypad? Or is this an Apple bug, since it’s their official app only I’m have this trouble with?
