Account balance has been disabled

Has anybody found a fix? Been holding on to $1.3k for over a year going into two years now

So, you can check your Apple ID balance and get no message cause that’s the problem.

So how is your Account balance has been disabled?


See -> Add a payment method to your Apple ID

Add a payment method to your Apple ID – Apple Support (UK)

  • if you want to use your Apple ID balance, you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

i placed the first order is apple watch for pick up , then i cancelled cause i don’t need it, i wanna buy ipad first. after i cancelled my apple watch order, i placed a new order for ipad, it was apple team cancelled my ipad order, i asked adviser they have no idea for the reason why the apple cancelled my order
