Hdmi and Lightening Cable to TV

I have been having issues since OS 16 version. Hulu and Paramount Plus stopped working completely they used to stream using an hdmi cable and the apply lightening cable now it won’t work. It will not show images or audio. It worked fine with version 15. I wish I wouldn’t have even upgraded to the new version since it’s very buggy now. Is anyone else having issues? How do we let apple know where they can fix?
