If you can't get the previous owner to remove the lock on the watch, NO. You've likely been scammed. Apple will NOT help you. We cannot help you. Unless the owner who set up the watch removes the watch from their account, you are the proud owner of a useless watch.

Either get your money back or recycle the watch if you don't know or can't get help from the seller and chalk this up to a bad buying decision.

Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund, or if applicable, ask the people running the website or store you bought the watch through for a refund. It's an anti-theft measure.
