iMessage is unavailable on the my phone number

Try disabling iMessages. Go to:

Settings -> Messages.

Disable iMessages, restart your iPhone - go back and enable again. Give it some time.

I would recommend deleting the image, as you expose both your email address and your mobile phone number.
