Wifi and Bluetooth fix I can’t turn on in settings

With Wi-Fi and Bluetooth greyed out, start by restarting iPhone and updating to the latest software version to ensure the latest performance fixes installed. If you have a VPN installed, disable it since there could be stipulations that limits capabilities.

Back up your iPhone to iCloud or to your computer and reset the network settings.

This will remove VPN, Wi-Fi networks and passwords.

Once you’ve created a backup you can go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone >Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will restart iPhone and you can enable Wi-Fi.
