Perhaps this drawing will help identify the location of your iPad Pro microphones - of which there are four (4).

One microphone is located behind a tiny perforation in the screen cover glass bezel - adjacent to the front-facing camera.

Two more microphones are located in the top edge of the iPad casing - with a further single microphone located centrally in the long edge of the iPad casing on the opposite side of the iPad from the magnetic Pencil charging dock.
