I have the same problem but the contact is NOT a favorite. I don’t have any favorites.,,Howvdo I delete the face time from this one contact but keep the contact for voice calls? It is so annoying!!

Thanks & yes, htat worked, tried actually a few things a couple of those articles mentioned, as best as I could, as I'm actually pretty bad w/computers...not exactly sure WHICH one worked, but finally, it stopped!! Thought I'd stopped it a couple of times, first, but it just came back, finally it stopped for good!! Thank you!!

Contact keeps going to Face time when should only be voice call!! It is NOTba “Favorite! How do I fix this & keep the contact just for voice calls!?
