Iphone 11 not pairing to Parrot Bluetooth CK3100

I have just changed over from Iphone 7 to Iphone 11 and the IPhone 11 will not pair to my Car Parrot Bluetooth CK3100 device. It just says "Paring Failure". How can i get around this and connect device to the Parrot device? Does anyone have any idea?
