How can I share a apple gift card with another apple user

You cannot.

Once you redeem a gift card onto an Apple ID, all its value is transferred to the account and there is no credit left in the card.

You cannot.

Once you redeem a gift card onto an Apple ID, all its value is transferred to the account and there is no credit left in the card.

Also note that account balance cannot be shared or transferred, even under Family Sharing.
