facetime not working -- getting message choose another number to call "xxxxxxxx" in the contact card is not available for facetime

all of a sudden since yesterday my daughter and I have not been able to facetime from our phones. we both have iphone. me iphon 14 pro max and her iphone 14 plus each time we try to call each other we get choose another number to call "xxxxxxxx" in the contact card is not available for facetime. every suggestion on the forum has been tried but nothing works and since no new updates on it since 2022 i am posting for new responses. We have both updated our phones to the latest versions. It does not happen when I call someone else only her but others who have tried to call her it happens to them as well. APPLE PLEASE HELP!
