3rd Party Applications are not showing up on iCloud for Mac

I want to enable syncing on my iPhone and Mac for an application called 'Structured'. When I go to my iCloud settings on my phone, I can see this application. But on my Mac, when I go on iCloud all I can see is the default Apple apps (Please look at the photo). I don't see any third party app that I've downloaded from the Mac App Store. Does anyone know how I can have apps from the App Store show up here?

The issue was that I was on MacOS 12.xx. 3rd party apps downloaded from the App Store only show up in later MacOS versions.

To fix the issue, I followed the instructions here: Set up iCloud for third-party apps on all your devices - Apple Support

I went to iCloud, enabled iCloud Drive, then went to options on this tab (I had to exit out of the iCloud screen and go back in for the 'options' button to appear) and saw that 'Structured' was enabled.
