On my phone it saying it is 16.1 but when I check another place it says 15.1?

it wont let me edit messages or hold on the Lock Screen for the wallpaper and it says I have ios 16.1…?

17.2.1 fixes? I made the mistake of updating my wife's XR to iOS 17. Oh, how I wish I hadn't! I have a long list of problems from text editing to lagging screen and keyboard to inability to take pictures (and more)! I am reluctant to do the next update 17.2.1 until I know that it will actually FIX something! Any advice?

Well, it should be updated to 16.2. What is this “other place” that says it’s 15.1? What does it say in Settings/General/About/Software Version? Or Settings/General/Software Update?
