Iphone overheating with signal

I dont have wifi yet so ive been relying on using my mobile data to use my iphone 14 plus,but my phone overheats a tiny bit when im using youtube but when i used to have wifi this wasnt a big issue anyways is there a way to save battery on the iphone 14 plus while using mobile data? (Also i have 5G on feauture while there are 3 options: LTE,5G auto or 5G on help me choose)
