The computer is controlled by the organization to which it belongs. Only that organization can make system changes that are MDM controlled. If this is your computer, contact the organization that has control and ask them to remove MDM.

Did you purchase this laptop through a school or employer? If so, then Apple ships these laptops already associated with the organization's MDM. I have seen some reports where purchasing a Mac through an unauthorized reseller can have the same issues...or the laptop was not new (maybe like new, but not new).
Or did you set up a profile yourself?
This is my personal computer, that I purchased brand new. I just recently started getting this pop up. I’m seeking to know what does it mean, if it’s legit then I will follow through OR is this some type of phishing/virus activity, and how to I stop it.
i purchased my laptop brand new from Best Buy and set it up myself. I’ve had my laptop for years but just recently started getting the pop up’s.
