Install iCloud for Windows Pop-up

Everytime I plug in my old iphone 6 to iTunes I get a pop-up that says:

"Install iCloud for Windows? Enable Photo Stream on your PC and keep you contacts, calendars, and bookmarks up to date automatically with iCloud for Windows."

And then only has the options to download it or Remind me later.

I want to turn this option off all together. I don't want to download it or to be asked again.
