Facebook Messenger App does NOT work in Ventura

This has been raised over and over again regarding Venture, M1 & M2 but Facebook doesn't want to fix it... start up jammed - reinstalling doesn't work.

Mac mini, macOS 13.2

FB Messenger Messenger will not open. I’ve tried to delete it by holding the x and delete but when I try to uninstall from the App Store, it shows a cloud and it goes back to the app and the arrow just keeps going around. Help!

Facebook app shown as desktop view and cannot login with Messenger app I've recently bought an iPad air M2 and when I try to login in the Facebook app it doesn't show as mobile view, it only shows as a desktop view. When I login with the app it redirects first to safari for security check then opens in the app as desktop view. As with the Messenger app, I cannot login because it also redirects to safari for security check, however it still doesn't login within the app. I've tried searching for similar cases in the internet but haven't found any. There were no issues with other apps, only with Facebook and Messenger.

As a workaround (I haven't used the separate app in Ventura) but I use the one built into the Facebook webpage (Upper right corner) using a browser with no problem.
