How to shut down iPad with broken screen and home button?

My iPad Air (5th gen) has a broken home button. Yesterday (due to dropping the iPad), 2/3 of the screen has been unresponsive.

I want to shut down my iPad because I have bluetooth devices that automatically connect to the iPad, but I can't slide the screen to shut off (because the slide is on the part of the screen that's unresponsive), nor can I hold down the home button (because its broken) to force reset.

Is there any other way for me to shut off my iPad?

iPad, iPadOS 14

Your iPad requires repair:

It is a common misconception that an iPad (or iPhone) can remain fully functional with damaged or defective physical buttons.

Whilst Accessibility features (such as assistive touch) can be used to augment the User Interface, these features cannot be used as a substitute for physical button sequences that must be used to trigger system recovery/reset actions. Sooner or later, as now, you will encounter a situation from which you cannot recover.

Until repaired, you will not be able to force-restart, resolve a locked-out (disabled) iPad - or reset a forgotten device passcode.

Wait for the battery to die out.
