Did you use a different Apple ID to set up your new AirPods Pro?

In that case, your AirPods might still have the Activation Lock enabled. Since you can't see them in "Find my", you can't remove them to pair them again with your Apple ID.

You should contact the official Apple Support and ask them to look into that.

Sorry, but removing them from the Bluetooth list will also remove them form your related Apple ID. And if you haven't been able to pair them again, they will not show up under your devices on the map.
