how can I report an issue with my iphone

I have some issues with my iPhone 13 pro. There are some horizontal lines across the screen when power off. And sometimes date part in my phone is not displaying for a while. And also the back tap for screenshot is not working sometimes. Why so?

Remove any screen protector or cover on the iPhone.
