Group messages that include Android phones keep sending individually
Has anyone successfully navigated the problem of group messages that include non-iPhone users splitting into individual messages?
I have iPhone 12 Pro and Spectrum as my provider. My wife has the same phone/plan and has not had any issues with her group messaging.
I have ensured that SMS, MMS, and Group Messages are all turned on (again, they are the same as my wife who is not having the issue).
I contacted Spectrum and they ran through a number of troubleshooting efforts without resolution.
I have attempted:
- Receiving a new e-sim
- Checking all settings in messages
- Turning on/off phone
- Turning on/off airplane mode
- Force Restart
- Ensuring phone software is up to date.
I have read a few comments about an e-sim being the problem.
has anyone successfully, and recently, had and solved this issue
