Just updated to iOS 16.2, and cannot make any phone calls. When I try I get a pop up that says Last Line Unavailable. I’ve tried re-booting my phone twice, no dice. Apple get it together!!

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
