Resetting phone
Regarding my wife’s iPhone 12, under “Settings”, “accessibility”, screen became highly magnified. Cannot navigate to return to normal. Phone not turning off.
Do we need a big hammer?

No you don't need a hammer. Looks like zoom is on. To turn zoom off
If you can't access Settings because your Home screen icons are magnified, double tap with three fingers on the display to zoom out.
To turn off Zoom, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom, then tap to turn Zoom off.
