Facetime calls

My call log is showing facetime calls I never received. I have multiple missed ones and others that say answered on another device. I don't have another device and also the person said they never facetime me.

Hi Des_xio,

We'd love to help see if we can get to the bottom of the issue you're having, so it can be resolved. What you're describing sounds like it could be an issue with your Apple ID possibly signed into another device. Have you switched devices, phone numbers, or is it possible that you share an Apple ID with someone? Any of the aforementioned can cause an issue with FaceTime calls. We recommend checking the following to verify your FaceTime settings, and check to see what devices your Apple IS is signed into.

  1. Go to Settings > FaceTime, then check to be sure that the correct information is showing and selected for the way you would like to be reached.
  2. Check to make sure that your Apple ID is not signed into any other devices: Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support
  3. Troubleshoot common FaceTime issues by visiting: If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Cheers!
