IOS 16.2 updates on all iphone not allowing calls to come?

None of my phones are not receiving any calls, Messenger calls, or any other social media calls. I have noticed that Setting-->Focus-->Do Not Disturb-->People-->Allow calls from----Automatically selected as "Favorites" which it should be "Everyone" by default. Apple should allow me to select the options if I only want my contacts, Contacts Only, Favorites, Allowed people only to be allow to call me. System should not automatically select "Favorites" which is causing not favorites contact list calls from coming. I never has changed it to everyone until now. I have been receiving complains from people that they called me but i did not receive any missed call or any notifications. Please fix the bug!!!
