Hi Ihatememojisgrrrr,
It looks like you've had an opportunity to review: Use Memoji on your iPhone or iPad Pro, which goes over the steps on how to delete a Memoji. If the More button (three dots) isn't working, try restarting your iPad. Although simple, restarting refreshes iOS and can help correct some issues. If the issue persists after restarting, make sure you're running the latest iPadOS version. Updates often include fixes, and installing updates can help with overall performance, which could be helpful for this issue. If an update is available, be sure to create a backup before installing it: Update your iPhone or iPad.
Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
Reply with the answers to these questions if you need more help:
- What happens when you tap the More button?
- Does this happen with all the Memojis you try to delete?
Keep in mind that you cannot remove built-in Memojis.
Regards.
