Accessing talktalk webmail through iphone mail no longer working

Does anyone know why you can no longer access talktalk email via mail. Talktalk advise to change some setting last week and since then no emails being received. Has anyone managed to fix this?

Outlook email address changing to TalkTalk on its own. Hi All I’ve set up an Outlook email account on my iPhone and its fine for about 10 seconds then it automatically changes itself to my TalkTalk account. I can receive emails for the Outlook account but cannot send an email from the account as it automatically sends from the TalkTalk account, the outlook account also doesn’t appear in the list if I try changing the send address and the TalkTalk one lists twice. There is also no outgoing Mail server in the setting but there is for the TalkTalk account some screen shots below. Any help would be appreciated.

Issue sending mails when away from home on iPhone I can't send OUT emails when AWAY from HOME. Everything is fine at home. Spectrum says it is Apple's problem. Settings are what is required by Spectrum. I can send out on their webmail. This has been going on for YEARS. Cannot send out from MacBook or iPhone. This has been going on for YEARS. As I said, no problems at home. [Edited by Moderator]

Suggest you contact talktalk since the settings change you made last week caused the issue.

Same here, the instructions they give in the email don’t seem to work
