How do I restrict anyone purchasing or renting a movie or purchasing a song on 3rd generation Apple TV? The options are hide. Allow. Ask.

Making purchases would require the Apple ID password. Users that do not know this password, wouldn’t be able to make purchases. If they do know the password, then change the password to something only you know.
