Is HomePod 16.3 actually out?
I don't see an update for HomePod to 16.3 on my iPhone (or Apple TV either): has there been a delay?

Doing some searching, I found out that, if you have advanced data protection on on your iPhone, you have to turn it off before you can update the Gen 1 HomePods. No problems updating after I did that.
