My phone is stuck on iOS 15.7.3?
My phone has repeatedly asked me to install.iOS 15.7.3 every week or so and can’t install iOS 16. Automatic and download IOS is on. So I don’t know why I can’t get iOS 16 as an option to install?

If you have an iPhone 7 as indicated, it is not compatible with iOS 16.
