iPhone 11 not receiving calls

My iPhone 11 is not receiving phone calls. Software is up-to-date, volume control is set to high, do not disturb is not activated and Phone calls are not set to block.

Recent made phone calls turn up straight away on missed calls.

I am receiving text messages and also able to send texts and make calls.

please help

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
