How can I turn on the "Tweet" sound effect for Twitter again?

I've been looking to change the Twitter notification sound to the original "Tweet" sound effect. On the internet there aren't the right answers. In settings under sounds > sounds and vibration patterns, there used to be an option to change the notification sound for a tweet. Now I've ran into a problem where I can't change the sound of my Twitter notifications. Can somebody please help me with this?

I need help, since iOS 15 to 16, I don’t have sound and vibration on Google apps, like YouTube, Google app, Family link, Google news, the notification banner appears but without notification sound and vibration. Only gmail do the notification sound because on the app have a setting to select the sound we want. But other Google app have the problem.
