Robot Killer disabled but still getting occasional message that RoboKiller killed a phone call

I installed RobotKiller on my iPhone awhile ago. I cancelled it. Yet I still get an occasional message the this app killed a phone call. The link in this message does not work.

How do I get rid of Robot Caller once and for all?
