SIM card problem

Hello,I have such a problem ,I bought a used Apple 11 iPhone,but is does not see the SIM card,I tried to insert different SIM cards of different subscribers ,and nothing happens,the phone writes the SIM card is not a viable.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

The phone you have is carrier locked. It can only be used on one specific carrier. You’ll have to ask whoever you purchased it from to find out who that is or contact Apple Support and give them the serial number to find out.


ONLY the carrier it is locked to can unlock it for use on other carriers. You would have to contact the carrier it is locked to and request an unlock. Not all carriers offer unlocking and most have requirements for doing so. Some charge a fee.
