Dragging a Safari tab into an other one

This was a cool feature it used to work perfectly back in Monterey, since Ventura it's completely broken.

If you drag a tab into an other Safari tab, the title of the tab remains frozen on the screen.

If you drop it out of a Safari window, it opens a new Safari window (as expected) but gets shadowed for no reason.

Safari Tabs Duplicating on Drag to New Window It doesn't happen all the time, but ever since the latest update to Monterey when I drag a Safari Tab from one window to another, it doesn't move it but sort of duplicates it into the new window. When one is selected, the other duplicate is greyed out, and when one Tab is closed out, both close out. Both also update in real time. Is this a bug or a new feature? I can't seem to find any information on it. If it's a feature, can I turn it off? Thanks.

Safari Tabs acting oddly I'm running Safari 16.1 on Ventura I used to be able to grab a Safari tab and drag it to my 2nd screen, however now the tab remains on the 1st screen AND the 2nd Screen simultaneously. If I close the tab on screen No.1 the tab on Screen No 2 goes blank. What am I missing?

Dragging tabs out often leaves floating "ghost tabs" in front of other windows Since upgrading to Ventura, I have noticed a new appalling bug in Safari: very often, when I try to drag a tab off into a separate window, the drag fails but deposits a new floating tab, which I call a "ghost tab", in the foreground. This screen shot shows three ghost tabs floating in front of two Safari windows. These ghost tabs cannot be selected or dragged. They appear to be in the foreground all the time. I can drag the remaining functional Safari windows around, but they stay behind the ghost tabs. The only temporary solution appears to be to quit and restart Safari. This bug is in addition to the other one I noticed recently where I will drag a Safari tab to another monitor, and it leaves a blacked-out version of the original tab in the original window. The new copy is functional. This started happening in Monterey before my Ventura upgrade. I'm using the current Ventura software as of November 4, 2022, on an M1 Max MacBook Pro, 64 GB RAM, 8 TB SSD. Would really appreciate a fix.
