I can't add an email account either using the mail app or via the Internet Accounts.
Tried disabling anti-malware product, deleting & reinstating email accounts, Safe Mode.
Had followed suggestions at How to reset mail to factory settings. - Apple Community
I also deleted mail related objects in Keychain.
Any help please to reset the mail app.?

you may use "Thunderbird" email-client, which is alternative of apple's "Mail" email-client.

We'll be glad to assist you with your Mail concern. If it's stating that it's unable to authenticate, that implies that the information for each account isn't being entered correctly. Depending on the provider, it may be possible they require some other authentication protocol aside from what you'd normally use to sign in.
With that said, we'd recommend reaching out to Google and Yahoo for more information.
