People still using/ viewing shared album

I have shared a photo album with multiple people. I asked everyone to download the photos they wanted then leave the album when they had what the needed and I was going to unshare/delete the album. I would like to know if it is possible to tell who is still "actively" subscribed and who has removed themselves. Would I get a notification when someone leaves (haven't gotten any yet / it looks like everyone is still subscribed). When I open the album and see who its shared with I can see a list of names, but I'm wondering if that is just the full list of people I originally shared it to as all the names are there, or if it updates to only those who are still actually viewing the album.

TLDR: iphone12 mini, iOS 15.6. On an Iphone shared album, does list of people who it is shared with reflect the original list of people it was shared to, or only 'active' viewers who still have it available in their own shared albums on their device / not yet unsubscribed.
