New Apple Watch SE won’t give me my award

Hi, two weeks ago, I had a new SE Apple Watch. I like to do my activities and get awards. There is a new to get it’s called the lunar New Year award very simple do 20 minutes of exercise and you will get it. I have tried this every day since the ward came up and it is not accepting that I’ve done anything so I started looking at my usual awards that I get every week which are the move the Stand and the exercise goal And they are not coming up either, so I updated my phone and my watch still nothing. I unpaired and repaired my watch and again I had to update and still nothing. What l don’t understand is that my normal January challenge the numbers are going up but will I get the reward at the end of it? Can someone please help me I know it sounds trivial, but I like my awards and this is a little rabbit and I’ve been collecting them since 2019
